Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem.
We offer free returns and full refunds, for any reason, on all ready-to-wear. The item must simply be in it’s original condition and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please notice that MTO items are returnable for store credit only.

Follow the link below to complete the return process. Select the items you’re sending back, print the prepaid shipping label that’s generated for you, and attach it to the box you originally received.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.
Follow the link below to complete your exchange process. Please provide accurate sizing or details for for your desired exchange item. Select the items you’re sending back, print the prepaid shipping label that’s generated for you, and attach it to the box you originally received.

Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to show up on your statement.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and clearly damaged by client. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Last Call Sale Items: All sales of items marked as Last Call are final. Last Call sale items cannot be returned for exchanges, credit, or refunds.
